This book is about two young kids traveling around the world on the chase for the thirty-nine clues. Their names are Amy and Dan. The country they are in is china. Two families are ahead of Amy and Dan.The families are the Holts and the Kabras.Dan was watching television and he saw the Holts climbing Mount Everest. Dan and Amy have been split up in Beiging and find their way back to each other. Amy and Dan found their way back to each other by finding themselves at the bottom of Mount Everest. Amy and Dan are trying to find their way up Mount Everest. This guy told them i will give you a ride up the Mountain. They got a ride up the mountain but when they a piece of the formula they accidently dropped it down the slope and it smashed to pieces.
